We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here in November. l am disabled this was taken into consideration & we were given a room on the ground floor. We have booked to go back in July next year. The bed for once was really comfortable Not hard like a lot of places, there was plenty of hot water, & the room was cleaned every day. The breakfast w

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It had a great relaxed atmosphere.
The room was small, however it had everything we needed. The en-suite was surprisingly roomy.
We could open windows, which is something we like to be able to do. In many hotels it's impossible.
The bed was wonderful! We slept more restfully than we had in months.
We we definitely stay at the Carisbrooke again and we will recommend it to friends.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The room I had was very nice for the price, the breakfast was good and the parking facilities were good. It was nice to have a leisure club too although the sauna and steam rooms weren't working when I used them. -
Clean & Tidy, very freindly & well presented staff. Restaurant food quality was exception

Staff was helpful. The day we were to check in, my dad had a head cold. They let us check in a few hours early so he could sleep. - The very friendly and helpful staff who were prepared to go the extra mile. The proximity to town centre - within walking distance.

läget på hotellet var bra och hotellet var mycket trivsamt - Staff friendliness and professionalism. Leisure facilities complimentary. We were the only ones in there so had pool, sauna and jacuzzi to ourselves. There was no one in the gym either - shame we were only there 1 night. Excellent breakfast. Recommend and would stay there again. Cheaper

The relaxed atmosphere and beautiful setting and indeed the Hotel. The service from all staff was prompt efficient and friendly. When a problem arose in the allocated room another room was immediately offered. Although the purpose of the visit to the area was to attend a family funeral the extra days that we stayed were very relaxing and enjoyable at the hotel.
