  This hotel is a real find and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bristol. The location is excellent and the hotel has a real buzz. We particularly enjoy the bar area which is great for morning coffee, afternoon tea or a drink before dinner. Food is always a highlight of our stay. - This is oneof my 2 favorite hotels in the uk.   I booked this apartment as my daughter had a heart operation at Bristol Children's hospital which was in walking distance. The apartment was spotless and offered some comfort for me to escape from the hospital for an hour or so. On arriving in Bristol we had terrible trouble parking so I rang the apartment to ask if there was any chance I could ch... vad folk säger » eck in and park earlier than the agreed time. The lady I spoke to was amazing even though she couldn't get us in straight away she did ring back withi - The staff were very helpful when we requested an extra bed and also extended our stay by 2 days. The apartment had everything we require for a family of 4, comfortable beds, good showers, lovely toiletries, washing machine, iron, leather couches. It was very secure and Tesco's was literally around the corner. The bus station is very close by and Cabot Circus mall is in walking distance.

  Friendly &helpful staff,with great facilities to make the stay special. We really enjoyed the Pool and Sauna.It was so relaxing. Bristol is a Vibrant City with a busy nightlife. You can walk around the City easily -theres so much to see -great Architecture,Museums and not forgetting Shopping. The Hotel's city centre location was ideal for our visit. - Fantastic hotel, one of the best I've stayed in. Staff couldn't have been more attentive and professional - little touches helped like giving my son a kiddie's pack on arrival and a voucher for room service milk and cookies. Breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice and again great service and staff were really knowledgeable about the area. Pool and spa were immaculate and really nice, room was good size, well furnished, everything worked. It was a super hotel.

  It is not far from the city center and the harbourside (everything is so nice!) and it is close to the bus station and the shopping quarter and cinemas.   We were immediately greeted with friendly, efficient staff. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Delicious breakfast - enough to set us up for a day's sightseeing! Especially good if you've previously had a late night at a show or concert. It's worth taking the lift to the top floor for the view. Thank you f - We were going to the Hippodrome and so I had sourced this hotel as being particularly close. I am a single mother with two children and so I had booked a family room, but I never expected it to be as roomy and practical as it was. With three beds, a decent sized bathroom, a tv and coffee facilities all being on a floor which was clearly marked "QUIET ZONE" I was so impressed and would definitely stay here again.
