  All the staff were pleasent and very helpful. The hotel was clean and welcoming. Our 5 year old was made to feel welcome too and the staff spoke to her directly which we belive is very important. The breakfast choices were excellent catering for everyone.   The hotel's proprietor was welcoming, friendly and helpful, and showed me to a very clean, pleasant and comfortable room with all the expected facilities, including a large en-suite bathroom. A most enjoyable stay. - I booked the room on behalf of my Mum. The room was lovely and v spacious for a single. V nicely decorated and well sound-proofed considering it faced onto the main street in Kenilworth. Very friendly owners. Excellent facilities. Hotel has 2 ground floor rooms so will definitely use again for my Mum and my Dad who cannot manage stairs.

  It was very well presented; decor, cleanliness, tasteful bed linen and vey important a comfortable bed in a cosy room. The breakfast was exceptionally good with a very wide choice, covering Continental or full English. I had porridge which was beautifully cooked. All in all it was excellent; so good we'd love to return in the not too distant future. - We were made very welcome and the room was lovley and warm and inviting. High quality bed linen and towels. Tea & coffee, bicuits, water, sweets & tissues- everything you might need. The ensuite was small but contained everything you might need. Very helpful owners who gave us printed directions to the driving experience we had booked at Kenilworth Pro-drive and helpful advice on where to eat.

  This was a last minute booking for me and what a choice. The hotel had everything, great location, modern, friendly staff, good food and drinks, good leisure centre. Lets just make one thing clear this is not a Spa, it is a hotel and conference centre with leisure facilities. The greeting on arrival was very friendly and checking in was quick and ... vad folk säger » easy. The room was excellent, clean, warm and quite large. The leisure centre had a good Gym, with more than adequate jet pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. Bre - Lovely location (20 minutes from Stratford) and beautiful building and surrounding scenery. The breakfast was very good and the staff in the restaurant were very professional. The lady on the reception desk Sunday morning was very friendly, totally unlike my welcome the night before. Good quality TV in the room. The shower is very powerful and there was a bath too. In general, the communal areas of the centre looked very fresh and modern.
