It was very well presented; decor, cleanliness, tasteful bed linen and vey important a comfortable bed in a cosy room. The breakfast was exceptionally good with a very wide choice, covering Continental or full English. I had porridge which was beautifully cooked. The location couldn't have been better being next to the centre of the lovely town with a wide choice of restaurants nearby. All in all it was excellent; so good we'd love to return in the not too distant future. alla recensioner »
We were made very welcome and the room was lovley and warm and inviting.
High quality bed linen and towels. Tea & coffee, bicuits, water,
sweets & tissues- everything you might need. The ensuite was small
but contained everything you might need. Very helpful owners who gave us
printed directions to the driving experience we had booked at Kenilworth
Pro-drive and helpful advice on where to eat.
My Aunt from Canada stayed here whilst attending a family funeral. The owners were very accommodating allowing her to book in early. They were extremely helpful and friendly. She really enjoyed her breakfast's. Ideally situated in the centre of Kenilworth for access to the town and Castle which was great as she had no car. We recommend this Guest House.
This is a family-run guesthouse and the owners were extremely helpful and attended to our queries and needs: they even gave us discount vouchers to local attractions. The room was very clean and comfortable and newly refurbished. The cooked breakfast we had was delicious! We highly recommend Arden guesthouse and we hope to visit again soon.

The room was comfortable and well-equipped in fact better than some hotels I have stayed in recently that were twice the price per night.
The internet provision was better than I have found in larger hotels.
The breakfasts again exceeded what you would see in a larger, more expensive hotel.
The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to cater for a Gluten free breakfast. Beautifully decorated rooms. Home from home feeling. Special request put in for strawberries and chocolates to be put in the room for a 50th Birthday surprise, which they very kindly did. Thank you. :).
Very walm, friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very well maintained and spotless. The breakfast was lovely and of a high quality. If in the area we will always opt to stay there in future. Stayed last year in one of the big spa hotels near bye it was no where near as clean.
Tony & Helen are really awesome. They converted this house only a few years ago and run it in an incredibly friendly way. They will do whatever they can to help. They prove that PEOPLE are the heart of great places and great experiences.
Everything was great! Second time I stay here and already booked again for December. Best place, I love the red room! Very close to Warwick Uni, about 3 miles and easy access! Parking always available, sainsbury's right behind the hotel!.
Friendly staff, nice size room, good bed/mattress, slept well, good shower, clean, nice price, good nr of breakfast options (I only tried a fried egg and bacon, which were very tasty), good nr of electric sockets.
The genuine friendliness of Helen and Tony and the effort they put into making sure that everything was just right for their guests.
Kenilworth is a delightful town and has several excellent restaurants.
Helen was very accommodating especially when we were delayed in arriving at Arden Guest House and did not arrive until 22.45. The breakfast was lovely and both she and her husband were very friendly.
Everything was splendid,couldn't be improved. Comfortable, very clean twin room for mother and self, nicely appointed. Owners were friendly and very helpful but not intrusive. Generous breakfast.
I received a warm welcome and found a comfortable room with modern design that was spotlessly clean, there were also nice toiletries provided. Lovely breakfast with gluten free options provided.

Very warm welcome by owners, not over powering. Little extras wonderful touch, tea and homemade cake on arrival. Bathroom extra, all you need is your toothbrush.

walked into the room and it was as if we were the first ones to step on the carpet not a foot print on it bed imaculate crisp white sheets awsome room.
We like staf and the family feeling on the place. It´s also was a quit envirment. We sleep very good in the beds. Breakfast was very good and fresch.
