  My husband and I absolutely fell in love with the Bunchrew House. We stayed in the Lovat Room complete with a beautiful king-size four-poster bed a forest view. The House is castle-like and right on a lake--a perfect honeymoon spot.   My room had a lovely view of the river, and in general was very spacious and comfortable. When I arrived at the hotel, I had a business arrangement to attend in another part of the city, and the staff at the hotel were more than willing to assist me with directions. I would also praise their efficiency, politeness and manner in general.   I was traveling with my 5 years daughter, but when I booked the bed on line I only booked one bed and thought that when I was there I could book for my daughter. The staff arranged a private room for us which was very thoughtful and nice. People who are mature travelers or traveling with young children need more attentions and help, and Inverness Hostel se - We did not stay long, but the staff person there was extremely helpful. We arrived at 1 in the morning, and were easily able to get into our room. He also accommodated our need for an early breakfast the following morning, and he gave us a map with walking directions to the train station. Our room was spartan, as all youth hostel rooms are, but it was clean and comfortable. And the price, 22 pounds per person per night, could not be beat.

  Everything! I was up from Central Scotland for a weekend conference at the Eden Centre and I couldn't have been treated better if I was the Queen.
