I liked having my own front door key and access to the code for the middle door which meant I could come and go without disturbing anyone. I had emailed to say that I would arrive late. I was welcomed with warmth but without fuss, the room was small but very cleverly designed & spotless, inc ensuite. Breakfast was ample with a wide choice (Im a veggie) and a bottomless cup. I saw the lounge but did not use it as I was so late arrivng, I would definitely stay again & recommend it, esp for city trip as it is so convenient.

I very much enjoyed the company of my hosts, Margaret and Sandy, whom operate this amazing B&B! I felt like part of their family for the time I was there. They had no objections to questions regarding things to do around the area and were very accomidating when it came to packing a snack for lunch. Also, the breakfasts every morning were delicious. The house was quite and since I was without a car the 30 min walk to downtown seemed perfect for a bit of fresh air.

We have stayed at many B&Bs over the course of our many trips
abroad, and this one, where we stayed as part of our honeymoon to
Scotland, was our favorite. Here's why:
1) Location! A quick walk to downtown and the river, pubs, restaurants, and shopping. We spent a few nights just walking around town, and easily came back home to the quiet street.
2) Breakfast! Delicious! Full Scottish available, plus coffee, tea, toast and jam, cereals, pastries, and fruit. Served in a lovely, well appoint

We drove straight to Inverness after getting off the plane so it was our first experience with Scotland. Arafeh was absolutely lovely bringing us in, giving us directions, recommendations for restaurants, and so on. He even recommended that we go for a walk down to the island and back after dinner and it was one of the highlights of our trip. G

Everything was just perfect! The owner Arafeh is the most friendly person we have ever met. You feel completely at home, everything you need you receive at once. Thank you very much for all your help and advice. I recommend your hotel without any hesitation! Thank you for the great apartment, yummy breakfast, your humour and help! This B&B was excellent. Andrea gave us a warm welcome. Great location with good parking and just a short walk to some nice restaurants. Our rooms were really nice and clean. Good wifi connection. Great night's sleep, comfortable bed, nice and quiet area but only a short walk into town. The owner was very helpful with directions to the restaurants in town, explaining how the wifi worked etc. Lovely old house with some great features including large lounge for guests. Inverness was also a great place, highly recommended. Lovely river, castle, churches, restaurants and pubs - all really well kept, great for an evening stroll.

I felt extremely welcome the moment I stepped through the door. My room warm, cosy and comfortable. Gorgeous toiletries provided, too. Breakfast was delicious with the kind of choice you'd expect in a top hotel. And positioned in easy walking distanceinto Inverness, mostly along the riverside path.
I shall not hesitate to rebook Kemps when I return to Inverness.
