Extremely friendly people who, upon request, arranged us a room with view on the river. Great location, centrally in Inverness (10 min to centre), superb accommodation with all necessary needs on hand. Loving decoration and open for a nice talk. This Guest House is managed by very polite and helpfull people! The location is fantastic on the river side near the Castle, just a little walk to restaurants and attractions on the city centre. Breakfast is very good, home made and always with a lot of care from the owners! I'll recomend to every one! I'll go back again if I'll be around!

I had booked a small room which proved to be lovely decorated. It was located at the back of the house and had all I could wish for. Teapot, plenty of biscuits, two bottles of water, some chocolates. Dont judge the hotel from the outside which looks tired and dated once inside you are in for a pleasant suprise. The foyer and reception area are bright and modern and the staff pleasant and helpfull. Our rooms were spotless and well equipped. All in all a great hotel and excellent value for money. Jade was fabulous. Not only were the meals fantastic but she was great to give ideas and opinions on things to do there and foods to try. Made to feel very welcome with drinks on the patio on arrival. Room very clean and modern and perfect location to walk into town. We were able to leave our bags all day after checkout which saved a lot if discomfort carrying these around on a very hot day. The owner was,very friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. Would definitely recommend to others and return.

I had emailed to say that I would arrive late. I was welcomed with warmth but without fuss, the room was small but very cleverly designed & spotless, inc ensuite. Breakfast was ample with a wide choice (Im a veggie) and a bottomless cup. I saw the lounge but did not use it as I was so late arrivng, I would definitely stay again & recommend it, esp for city trip as it is so convenient.

We did not stay long, but the staff person there was extremely helpful. We arrived at 1 in the morning, and were easily able to get into our room. He also accommodated our need for an early breakfast the following morning, and he gave us a map with walking directions to the train station. Our room was spartan, as all youth hostel rooms are, but it was clean and comfortable. And the price, 22 pounds per person per night, could not be beat.

A very short walk from the train or bus station.
Premier Inn is very clean and appears to be newly built.
We were met with a smile and a friendly attitude.
They are very energy conscious and the first thing you notice when you get to your room you need to use your card/room key to activate the main lights.

The staff who greeted us were really delightful, friendly & knowledgeable. The decor in the restaurant/bar areas is just lovely. Our rooms were perfectly clean & tidy & a positive must go to the cleaners who were lovely when we encountered them also. Breakfasts were fine. Special mention to Stefan in the restaurant bar area.....he was just beautiful the way he dealt with an elderly couple who were sitting next to us. He is a special asset to your hotel.

Highly recommended! Thank you for a lovely stay! We booked for family visiting us and ourselves, altogether party of 7 people, a one night stay at Inverness West -whilst visiting Loch Ness. Our overall initial impression excellent, plenty of car parking & warm welcome from reception. Good sized rooms & bathrooms, crisp white sheets and air con.
