  Very comfortable rooms, staff extremely helpful, food in bistro excellent. I stayed at the hotel with my daughter and the continental breakfast for one was actually enough for both of us. Hotel is in a quiet area and close enough to city centre to walk. I would definitely stay here again. - I was staying at the hotel with my elderly parents.   The arrangement of the room was lovely. And, our room service dinner was spectacular. Equally, I held a meeting in the bar area and all worked to complete satisfaction. I would recemmond this hotel to anyone.   Room was clean with comfortable bed, practical shower and washbasin. Toilet in separate cubicle. Staff were friendly and helpful and public areas were clean and practical. I had read some unfavourable reviews after booking, but in my experience the hotel provided excellent value for money. We were in Glasgow to see Bruce Springsteen at Hampden Par... vad folk säger » k and stayed 2 nights. It was an inexpensive taxi ride to Hampden from the hotel. Also, a variety of eating places in the complex offering burgers, Me - I booked 3 nights here as price was right. Room small and sparse but adequate for our simple needs. The hotel is under a car park and besides a casino, bowling alley and cinema, like a mini mall enclave. As this is budget stay - you pay for extras. Save 2 quids if you don't get room serviced during your extended stay. Internet is 3 quids for 2 timed hours and signal available at the breakfast hall on 6th. It is fast though so that was fine.
