  the hotel was very comfortable and was handy for what we were there for . We were going to the theatre and a meal the hotel was vey handy for this. It was really clean and the room was very spacious, I would stay there again no problem. - very efficient booking in procedure and friendly staff. nice clean room and good breakfast in the morning

  Lovely hotel with amazing staff! The hotel is on the 6th floor of a building that is next to Glasgow Central Station, which is the best location for a hotel in Glasgow, especially when you're traveling by train. We arrived at the middle of the night and had no problem at check-in.   The apartment was spacious, very clean and well equipped. the location is excellent close to many attractions and city center. The facilities are very good and in excellent condition. The staff was available when we arrived and was very helpful.

  First of all, I would like to say that I definitely would stay at the Glasgow Grand Central Hotel when I return to this wonderful city…especially since I travel by train. How convenient…the hotel is attached to the station. The history of this property is wonderful to read. I was impressed that Gene Kelly, Nat King Cole, Jimmy Durante, Roy Rogers ... vad folk säger » and would you believe that Trigger even stayed in the hotel. Yes, presidents, princesses and the elite of the world…slept here. I would to thank Laura - This was our first visit to Scotland and we could not have had a more phenomenal start. The front desk staff were wonderful and welcoming. Ross and AJ who staffed the concierge desk while we were there were outstanding. We neglected to complete a VIP card for these two gentlemen and should have. We were a little frazzled as we got lost entering Glasgow and Ross was helpful, provided directions to parking, looked after our bags and assisted with ideas for how best to see Glasgow. AJ directed

  The staff at Artto were very helpful and friendly. The location of this hotel is excellent. It is across the street from the central train station and not far from the Queens Street station. I would recommend it to others. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. The room was spacious with a nice bathroom, and it was quiet enough to get a good sleep, even with a busy bar area on the ground floor. It is obviously being redecorated as I could smell fresh paint.

  Staff were excellent and could not have done enough to help you. Although check-in was not until 3pm our room was ready when we arrived at 12.30. Will certainly use the hotel again the next time we are in Glasgow - The hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly. The room was ideal with a free mini bar.   The apartment was really lovely. The beds were really comfortable with Egyptian linen. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, with some breakfast provisions. The bathroom was very spacious and well stocked also. The location was perfect, near everything, restaurants shopping centres, galleries.
