Luxurious accommodation, which was kept very clean. Outstanding breakfasts with a wide variety of choices to cater for every taste and appetite. Superb stay at Brookside guest house. Decor & furnishings are of a high standard & facilities are spotless.
Breakfast is absolutely gorgeous with a lot of choice.
The guest house is defiantly worthy of its 5* & I'm delighted we chose this for our weekend stay. The hosts were welcoming, friendly & always there to help. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Paul and he helped me and my partner with our bags and offered us drinks. When I went outside to the garden to get my tea there was yummy banana cake and biscuits for us too! Just what you need after a long drive! Fair winds is a fantastic place to stay, Paul and Gill are friendly, easily approachable hosts, on arrival we were greeted with coffee and biscuits and they both had time to spend with us chatting, the guest house is spotlessly clean and has a fantastic breakfast choice and we were very spoilt for choice. Its dealy situated for exploring the towns/ villages around torbay, I would deffinatly recommend fair winds to friends/family.

This little B&B is in a great location, is spotlessly clean and the proprietors are warmly welcoming. (They went out of their way to help out when I needed it. We stayed in the four poster room with view down the hill into the bay from the window. Hosts were very welcoming and knowledgeable of the area. Breakfast was a good wide choice of traditional British, with a clean and bright dining area. All in, we seriously enjoyed our stay.

My daughter and I took my 2 year old grandson to meet my uncle who lives in Brixham. We booked the Anchorage guest house. We had the attic room with a double bed and coffee making facilities also en-suite. The owners Sylvia and Marcus were really friendly and helpfull. Marcus was the chef for breakfast. He should be complimented on them. 10/10 for

we were welcomed with a coffee in the pretty gardens,
nothing was too much trouble, the bedroom was comfortable, tastefully decorated with an en-suite shower room,the homecooked breakfasts were excellent, especially the specials which had to be ordered the day before. Marc and Sylwia were very friendly and we will definitely return.

Very helpful staff. Stayed here as a single female. Large and very comfortable Double/Twin room - I think I was upgraded. Shower only. The noise from the bar was audible until 10.30 but went quiet before I needed to sleep and this was a Friday/Saturday in September. -
