  This hotel is a real find and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bristol. The location is excellent and the hotel has a real buzz. We particularly enjoy the bar area which is great for morning coffee, afternoon tea or a drink before dinner. Food is always a highlight of our stay. - This is oneof my 2 favorite hotels in the uk.   The location, and that I reserved a river view room on line and actually received one! The buffet breakfast was excellent. - Very spacious room, extra large double bed which was extremely comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean.

  The location - just 10 min walk into the heart of the city (and the new Cabot Circus shopping center which my wife and daughter both loved)! The hotel staff were all very friendly and very efficient and gave excellent and professional customer service at all times. The breakfast was great, big selection.

  Very friendly attentive helpful staff. Reception area was very welcoming. The whole hotel was spotless. Excellent shower. Comfy bed. Amazing soundproofing - there is quite a noisy road outside, but we couldn't hear it at all, I was also surprised how busy the breakfast room was as we hadn't heard any other guests. We had a good evening meal to - i was very pleasantly surprised at how really nice the ibis was, i did,nt know what to expect but from my arrival to my checking outi could find no faults with the hotel or the staff. i whave since booked into both the ibis at swansea and at whitechapel london. i would not hesitate to reccomend the ibis hotels to my friends.

  Apart from the spectacular location, I found my room (overlooking the Gorge) to be spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable with a surprisingly fast shower head in the bathroom! The staff in the restaurant/bar are to be highly commended - nothing was too much trouble and they coped with high traffic very effeciently and professionally.   Excellent location, large parking just outside of main entrance, well designed reception and huge rooms that could probably fit one more double bed in it. Tea/coffee tray in a room had plenty of coffee sachets and tea bags unlike other hotels that would only have one or two. Also, bed is huge, much bigger than we expected. We will definatley be going back, we only stayed for one night but will stay for longer next time. The room was very clean and comfortable and the restaurant was good value for money.

  The room I stayed in again was a wonderful size. The staff are alwaysfriendly and welcoming. This is the second time I have stayed here andwould have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. - We were greeted by a friendly receptionist who allocated a lovely room with great view.
