  Friendly &helpful staff,with great facilities to make the stay special. We really enjoyed the Pool and Sauna.It was so relaxing. Bristol is a Vibrant City with a busy nightlife. You can walk around the City easily -theres so much to see -great Architecture,Museums and not forgetting Shopping. We took a bus ride to the Suspension Bridge and the... vad folk säger » n walked up to the Park. The views of the city were brilliant. The Hotel's city centre location was ideal for our visit. - Fantastic hotel, one of the best I've stayed in. Staff couldn't have been more attentive and professional - little touches helped like giving my son a kiddie's pack on arrival and a voucher for room service milk and cookies. Breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice and again great service and staff were really knowledgeable about the area. Pool and spa were immaculate and really nice, room was good size, well furnished, everything worked. It was a super hotel.

  Although we only stayed for one night and our actual time in the hotel was very brief, both my partner and myself were totally impressed with everything that we saw. We will definately be returning for another weekend and make full use of the facilities, and we cannot wait! - The Receptionist - Rach was very friendly and helpful and to be able to e... vad folk säger » at breakfast outside on the terrace with the sun shining was fantastic. The Spa was lovely and relaxing plus spotlessly clean and there's a clever little machine where you can dry your swimming costume, unfortunately it ate mine, but that's another story! Plenty of free parking too, which was a bonus. Definitely recommend!!

  Clean, comfortable, safe and plenty of parking and very convenient for my purposes. I would recommend it in future. - They were very accomdating after the booking system made an error and over booked the family rooms. Very impressed.
