  It was very convenient in terms of its proximity to the airport. Despite being close to a main road, the rooms have double glazing and we didn't hear any noise whatsoever. The family room was big enough for us and also accommodated a cot, and the bathroom was also large and spacious. The staff were very helpful and it was great to be able to have ... vad folk säger » dinner and breakfast on-site after a long flight. - We used the hotel for an over night stay before catching a flight from Bristol airport. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Supplying us with tea and toast at five A.m for an early start. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean and well equipped . It would make a perfect airport hotel or for a longer budget stay For visiting Bristol and surrounding area.

  We were attending a concert at the nearby Castle & chose it as it was so close. The staff were all excellent especially the breakfast staff who were friendly even though they were busy. The value was brilliant and surpassed my expectations & was more impressive than a recent stay we had at a very posh London hotel .... I was initially a little put off by the insert your card reception but it was indeed a speedy process & staff were - The staff were extremely helpful. Kept charging my phone for me as I'd left my charger at home. Even googled and printed off some bus routes and times for me to get to the zoo. Great location, 5 minute walk to restaurants, cinema and bowling and a further 5 minutes to the mall. Buses right outside the hotel can get you pretty much anywhere. We got th 54 then 9 to the zoo. 54 all the way to Cabot Circus/Harbor and 54 then 74 to Parkway Rail station. Food in the Thyme restaurant was very nice and

  The staff, Becky, and the others were very friendly and helpful. The services provided was very good and clean and maintained. Nicely located in the centre of the city, yet close to the waterside.
