The traqnquility of the surroundings, dedicated commitment of the staff(not in your face but available to carry out every request made) and theluxury of the restaurant. - The club was lovely, we used the pool as much as we could. The grounds were great and enjoyed a long walk. The perfect place to relax and enjoy my partners Birthday.

The staff were friendly and very helpful.
The breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean and there were plenty of tea and coffees sachets to keep me from being parched in the hot weather.
While the toilet was a very small room I was happy that at least it was en suite for my convenience. -

The booking got messed up, booked a superious suite, got given a twin,changed to a exec double at a reduced rate, promised free wine thatdidn't arrive and got a massive discount because of all the problems butStaff were very good at resolving these problems with no fuss so stillmade it a very enjoyable stay - whilst being a large hotel it retained

~I have never been to Southampton before but I enjoyed only being 10mins from shops and other attractions. The hotel staff were very helpfuland answered questions promptly. I really liked the warm welcome we received from AJ, who made us tea and coffee with some very tasty cake on our arrival. AJ was very accommodating and offered for us to use her fridge to keep our drinks cool etc. All you have to do is ask and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. What a lovely lady.
