The traqnquility of the surroundings, dedicated commitment of the staff(not in your face but available to carry out every request made) and theluxury of the restaurant. - The club was lovely, we used the pool as much as we could. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
The breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean and there were plenty of tea and coffees sachets to keep me from being parched in the hot weather.
While the toilet was a very small room I was happy that at least it was en suite for my convenience. -

We liked the spaciousness of the room and bathroom, the comfortable bed, the cleanliness and the friendly and helpful staff and good breakfasts. - I loved the hotel for the extremely friendly atmosphere when I arrived at the hotel. The reception staf where more than riebdly and helpful.

The booking got messed up, booked a superious suite, got given a twin,changed to a exec double at a reduced rate, promised free wine thatdidn't arrive and got a massive discount because of all the problems butStaff were very good at resolving these problems with no fuss so stillmade it a very enjoyable stay - whilst being a large hotel it retained

I was particulary impressed by the young girl whoserved me both times with her politeness and help. - One of the best Hotels in the UK - and I stay in a LOT of them - staff customer service really was excellent - and that was not just one or two but each and every staff member I had contact with - quite amazing in fact and no I dont work for them - I am just not used to such good service.

I really liked the warm welcome we received from AJ, who made us tea and coffee with some very tasty cake on our arrival. AJ was very accommodating and offered for us to use her fridge to keep our drinks cool etc. All you have to do is ask and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. What a lovely lady.
