  The most outstanding feature of this hotel is the owner who makes you feel as if you were staying with a friend. I had an ensuite shower in my room which was tucked in quite well, making the most of the space but the bathroom for rooms without facilities was nearby and looked very nice. The décor is done in 'Beach' style which is very pleasant. ... vad folk säger » The room and public spaces were very clean. The breakfast was lovely. The location is ideal for local shops, gardens and beach and for bus stops to - Top place, extremely nice lady owner, highly recommended. Very very large room (I had a double with my daughter), nicely furnished, Bathroom was in the hallway, but privat, a little bit awkward, I would have preferred en suite, there was a sink in the room, though. WiFi worked. Enough parking space along the streets. Very quiet residential area, bus stop 3 min away, 5-10 min walk to Boscombe Pier (beach), just perfect. I would definitely book again.

  we stayed at the waterside B&B for two nights - the location is ideal and extremely close walk to the beach. we stayed in the standard room which was spotless, bed very comfortable and hot running water as well as cable TV .. what more could you ask for! Big choice of breakfast and Pual and Sheila were so friendly and welcoming .. nothing was ... vad folk säger » too much trouble for them .. gave us so many lovely suggestions on things to do, and places to visit and restaurants etc and every single suggestion w - Sheila and Paul have a well run hotel with tastefully decorated rooms. Their breakfasts are generous and fresh with healthy options as well as traditional English breakfast. They are very nice hosts who go out of their way to help their guests with good Tourist information. All in all my sister and our four Children had an exeptionally enjoyable stay at the Waterside and we can´t wait until the next stay.

  The friendly & helpful hosts, The nice tasteful period furnishings & fixtures downstairs & all around the building etc,& the picture's of the history of the building we were in & Bournemouth etc. I also enjoyed the free parking. Be cautious about other hotels that charge you to park if they have any parking at all?. The streets... vad folk säger » in the Bournemouth area are mostly pay& display. Would highly recommend this hotel - The owners are amazing people. Although I had a reservation for a single room, I stayed in a double one. I needed a plug adapter and I was immediately offered one, while some other colleagues I was with in Bournemouth for a conference and who were accommodated in fancier hotels had to go downtown and buy one. Extremely good value!
