  The staff were fantastic, friendly helpful, passionate about service. I got to the hotel tired and late. They were more than accommodating and informative. I th... vad folk säger » ought the price was high on my initial booking but I have to say the staff made this hotel a great place to stay. - This Premier Inn near Ferndown is one of the older ones. Decoration is a bit dated but as always in Premier Inn the rooms are large and clean. The bed is perfect. It is very quiet at night if you have a room facing the woods. You can sleep with the window open. There is a large Sainsbury at the other side of the road so you can buy your own fresh breakfast and lunch if you like.

  Comfortable/modern very clean rooms of a better standard/price than travelodge/ Inn types. Food- Carvery or pub standards such as fish and chips, well priced and cooked. Staff - efficient and helpful Location next to the river is very attractive, lots of wildlife to watch. Plenty of parking. Daughter had head cold and temperature. Staff went out of their way to help i.e. jugs of iced water etc and very accommodating with all requests. As with my review from last week thoroughly enjoyed the overnight stay. A big thank you to the lovely Manager and all his kind staff, We will be returning in the not to distant future.
