  Just about everything! Very nice well appointed room. High standard of cleanliness throughout with great attention to detail. Coffee/tea/hot chocolate , bottled water and fruit juice included. Breakfast was excellent and served in a spacious conservatory overlooking garden. Lovely fresh fruit salad, good choice of cereals, juices and good cooked... vad folk säger » ingredients. Proprietor, Tina, was friendly and efficient. Situated a few miles outside Exeter a short walk to lovely village pub serving good food. - This is a top place. It has all the little extras that you could hope for including luxurious bathrobe and chocolates. Room was spacious and garden was lovely. Very friendly and welcoming. Convenient bus into Exeter. Half Moon pub in local town excellent food and amazing value. Best kept secret and thank you to our patron for recommending it. Lovely walking area with great paths. Would definitely go back if we had the chance. Sorry to leave.

  It was very friendly without being intrusive, felt relaxed, location was perfect, breakfast although it said was continental, was more than enough choice. Over the past 20yrs I've eaten in the pub/restaurant many times but had never stayed in the hotel before. I will definatley being staying there again, i hope very soon. We needed sheets for the pull out bed and the young lad came up made the bed and was a really nice lad. We had our evening meal and breakfast there which was lovely and plenty of choice for the fussiest eater. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well.

  The staff were attentive and friendly nothing was to much trouble. The room was clean and comfortable looking over the Park and very quite. The adjoining restaurant was very Honest. We will visit again sometime - Very friendly staff, good value hotel, great breakfast. Bathrooms could do with refurb in due course but spacious and clean.

  The house is a superb old English country house with great individual style. Rebecca is an excellent and friendly host. Musicians will love the piano and drums. Historic car buffs will also enjoy their collection of classic cars they are restoring. Very convenient for Exeter, including the University. - what did we like? EVERYTHING. Locally sourced produce just tastes so much better. Sure the shower was a little under powered but you get that in an older property.

  The room was nicely furnished, clean and quiet enough to sleep well - there was some noise outside quite late from passers-by returning home as it was a Friday night, but nothing too disturbing. The reception staff were pleasant and efficient; parking was secure and close by. And I was particularly grateful for a proper ironing board! - Everthing... vad folk säger » , could not fault the position (only 5 mins walk to main shopping centre, rooms were exactly what you need for a weekend break, shower was poerful and hot. Breakfast was well worth the £8 you can prepay to reception on arrival. One of the best breakfast buffets I have had in a city hotel. Including ready made porridge.

  Very basic - but reasonable value for the cost - comfortable bed. - The room was small and basic, but the staff was very kind.
