Just about everything!
Very nice well appointed room. High standard of cleanliness throughout with great attention to detail. Coffee/tea/hot chocolate , bottled water and fruit juice included.
Breakfast was excellent and served in a spacious conservatory overlooking garden. Lovely fresh fruit salad, good choice of cereals, juices and good cooked ingredients. This is a top place. It has all the little extras that you could hope for including luxurious bathrobe and chocolates. Room was spacious and garden was lovely. Very friendly and welcoming. Convenient bus into Exeter. Half Moon pub in local town excellent food and amazing value. Best kept secret and thank you to our patron for recommending it. Lovely walking area with great paths. Would definitely go back if we had the chance. Sorry to leave.
We went to watch the premier darts at westpoint arena, eastcote was a 10
min walk to arena, we arrived at 4.30 to be greeted by the owner who had
thoughtfully booked a table at the local pub so we could have time to
eat before we went. In the morning breakfast was very good and the fresh
fruit salad was lovely and again she went out of her way to help us,
accom very nice ,clean, comfortable , would definately stay here again.
It was very clean and they put a huge amount of effort into cleaning the rooms each day.
The little extras including chocolates on the pillows each day, biscuits and drinks and the complementary toiletries really made the guest house that extra bit special. The breakfast was fantastic everyday, made to order for the cooked items and there was a wide variety of cereals, fruit, yogarts and pastries too.
The hostess, Tina Hiley, was very friendly and obliging. The room was very welcoming with nicely folded bathrobes on the bed, with two Ferero Rocher chocolates on them, also large fluffy towels, coffee and tea facilities and two chocolate mints provided. The double width shower was nice to use. The two breakfasts we had were beautifully cooked by Tina. Plenty of parking.
This guest house thoroughly deserves it's high rating. Nothing too much trouble for Tina the owner including my request for a tin opener and spoon! I was to leave for a cycling event before official breakfast and had brought my own carbo loading rice pudding!
The room was very comfortable and I was pleased to have a garden view,.
Lovely room, beautifully decorated, really comfortable bed. The room was set up with cold drinks, everything you needed to make your own hot drinks, high quality linen, great en-suite and some lovely extra touches ( chocolate on bed, robe, magazines to look at, TV).
Breakfast room really nice, and a brilliant breakfast.
The location was perfect as I spent 3 days working in different
locations all needing a link to the M5.The room was really light and
with great views with all the facilities I needed. Service was top class
and pleasant., Food excellent. Really enjoyed my stay as good value ease
of parking & access. Brilliant.
We stayed overnight to break the journey to Cornwall. Beautiful clean room with lots of little extras ...dressing gowns, chocolates, toothbrushes etc. excellent breakfast and very friendly hosts.
Excellent pub in the village for an evening meal...recommended by the guest house.
Family run bed and breakfast, was an extremely pleasant stay. Warm welcome and very comfortable room. Extra touches in the room, like robe, chocolates and quality biscuits was nice. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious fresh fruit salad. Definitely recommend this lovely place.

The really well appointed rooms, the comfort, the very good and excellent choice of breakfast, the excellent timekeeping which allowed me to conduct my business visits on time and the welcoming and knowledgeable host.
I couldn't have been made more welcome at Eastcote, it is a beautiful guest house and gorgeous surroundings. Breakfast was delicious and there was a vast selection. Very friendly owners, will definately be returning.
This guest house was highly recommended and we weren't disappointed - lots of small things done well from bottled water in the bedrooms to a better continental breakfast than most hotels I've stayed at.

The room was tastefully decorated and it was lovely to have such a large room and bathroom. The surrounding was beautiful along with been able to enjoy a lovely breakfast in Conservatory.
As a regular business traveler three things are important - a comfortable bed, a quiet night and a good breakfast - Eastcote provided all three. The home-cooked breakfast was superb.

My stay was for business and really close to my destination. I liked the family feel and the owner made me feel very welcome. It was a pleasure to stay. The room was lovely.
The room was excellent. Anything you may find in a 4/5 star hotel was there. The breakfast in the conservatory ( kind of an outdoor covered veranda ) was simply wonderful.

We stayed in a spacious loft-room. However some may find sloping-ceiling/wall which the bed is against a little restrictive. Not possible to sit bolt-upright in bed. However there is a desk and chair if you need to work. Would still be happy to stay in this room again. Shower/toilet is small but was fine for us. Appears newly appointed and was spotless.
We loved everything.
During an exceptionally cold and windy spell we found that the radiator in the bedroom couldn't quite cope, so we were a little cold.
