The staff were really excellent and flexible - allowing me to check in much earlier than normal, after I had arrived from Dublin to Bristol airport. They had the room cleaned early, as I waited, and gave me some coffee and breakfast, TV, internet access, etc. The owner also dropped by to say hello. The staff also allowed me to use their printer and were excellent in providing transport to and from the train station in Bristol (about a 30 minute drive) and were much cheaper than a regular taxi.

We were looking for a convenient hotel to stay the night before a flight from Bristol airport. There was no noise to be heard from the airport, which is surprising as it is only a mile away. Fantastic find. Even though they had only been up and running for one month, everything was spot on. We stayed in the family room - spotless, beautifully decorated, lovely underfloor heating, and extremely well equipped. Great views, and would be perfect for Bristol airport. The kitchen /sitting room was an added bonus, owners extremely friendly, and even tea/coffee/breakfast food was provided - not sure why anyone would want to stay in a hotel after this.

Decided at the last minute to stay at the Forge before early morning
flight. Staff very friendly and efficient, accommodation small but very
comfortable, as well as tea and coffee also included cereals in room for
breakfast and mini fridge with milk! Taken by mini bus to their own pub
free of charge and collected, all staff extremely cheerful and helpful.
Would definitely recommend it. Could not be nearer to Bristol airport.

We stayed here when travelling back from the airport. I had good communication prior to arriving and we were picked up and brought back to the airport the next day all free of charge. All the staff that we spoke to were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had a travel cot erected in the room prior to our arrival, the rooms were very comfortable and spacious and the wet room was fantastic. Rachel had sent directions and so we had no problem locating the B&B. We had a suite, with the biggest bed that I have ever slept in. It was lovely to also have a large and comfortable seating area so we could relax in the evening.

flight from Bristol, we quickly booked this online and arrived 10 mins
later, we were so pleased with our room that we forgot about missing our
holiday!! The 2 cold beers on arrival really helped to calm the nerves

We stayed in the room with access for disabled as it was the last room for 1 night - 2 beds downstairs, 1 double upstairs. Very comfortable and cosy room - would be extremely good if in a wheelchair etc as bathroom very good for that. Upstairs landing bedroom lovely. We were made really welcome . The Landlord lit the fire in the sitting
room so that we could enjoy our excellent bar meal in a more relaxed
setting as the pub was fully booked .Excellent location only 5 miles

Everything was of a very high standard. Our room was lovely and comfortable with lots of space - our hostess was very friendly - breakfast was delicious. We would recommend staying at Mill House, particularly if you are attending a wedding at Coombe Lodge which is very close. -
