  stay only 1 night but very comfortable would definitely use again - The spaciousness of the room and its easy access to restaurants etc. The room was well equipped and by hotel standards the bed was very comfortable, plus it was a super king size - very unusual and very welcome.   Very friendly attentive helpful staff. Reception area was very welcoming. The whole hotel was spotless. Excellent shower. Comfy bed. Amazing soundproofing - there is quite a noisy road outside, but we couldn't hear it at all, I was also surprised how busy the breakfast room was as we hadn't heard any other guests. We had a good evening meal to - i was very pleasantly surprised at how really nice the ibis was, i did,nt know what to expect but from my arrival to my checking outi could find no faults with the hotel or the staff. i whave since booked into both the ibis at swansea and at whitechapel london. i would not hesitate to reccomend the ibis hotels to my friends.

  The size of my room was very pleasantly large and it had all facilities stated, and they all worked properly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was warm. I asked for a sea view and the sea view was amazing, I booked a single and was upgraded to a double for no extra cost - wonderful value for money. Breakfast was included in the price, a - I was a visitor from Australia who had previously lived in Clevedon for a short time. I found the hotel staff to be very helpful and friendly, and the hotel comfortable. The location (I had a room overlooking the Bristol channel) with the added bonus of being able to watch the tame pheasants and squirrels and other sundry birds below my bedroom window, was idyllic. A good place for a bit of R&R! Audrey, Melbourne.
