Friendly staff, good localization, 7min from central station and the main market street. Clean sheets/bedroom. Dinner service and breakfast were very generous and appreciated. -
Rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfest was also great. I would recommend this hostel to all backpackers.

just about everything - good and quiet location with an easy and short bus ride to center town; excellent restaurant (ate there both nights) with wonderfull waiter - Rooms, staff and location were wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay at Innere Enge and would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location being 2 minutes from the old town and 1 minute from the main train station. Very helpful and friendly staff. We liked the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the place. It was very hot the week we stayed and without asking, the owner supplied a sheet to cover the comfortable bed instead of a duvet. prepared the breakfast every morning was very nice and friendly to me.
The hotel isn't 5 stars, but it is clean and has its own bathroom not sharing. It is very near to the town, shopping and train station of Biel/Bienne. Plus Nikolla also loan me a bicycle to ride around town. At a very reasonable price, plus good service and free bicycle loan what more can one ask.
