  This place is wonderful! The location is great and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is amazing! - Staff very welcoming and friendly.Good choice at breakfast. Ease and nearness to station and centre yet quiet.Excellent view from the bedroom.

  Läget. - I feel very glad that I choosed this hotel. The reception lady is so nice. When she knew we would get up very early and leave for the mountain in the morning, she prepared wonderful breakfast for us to take away in advance. We even didn't ask her...   Lovely hotel a short walk from the station. Situated on the corner of a big park. Hotel staff very friendly and welcoming. Hotel clean and tidy with beds made every day. They don't have double beds as its two singles pushed together. Room has NO air con but a fan is provided. Room also has a small mini bar/fridge for all your drinks, water, milk, ... vad folk säger » bier etc, it also has tea making facilities (topped up everyday). Only one English channel on TV (but who goes on holiday to watch TV!) lovely bathroo - This was our first trip to Switzerland and the first place we arrived. Although it was before midday, our room was ready. We had a beautiful view of the park and the mountains and the room itself was spacious, clean and warm. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel's bar a great way to finish the day. The hotel itself was 5 mins walk from Interlaken Ost station and within walking distance of just about everything you could need. Plenty of restaurants nearby to make up for the hot

  Nice hotel on top of a pub. Good friendly staff. Breakfast is good and is served in the pub. Decent sized room with tea/coffee making facilities. Walking distance to both Interlaken Ost and West stations. Had dinner once at the pub and it was good :) - Best hotel ever!!! Although it is a little far from train station, it has a great view of the mountains and very quite neighborhood. There is a nice bar at the first floor. The beer they offered is quite good. Employees are very nice. I said I would catch the first train to Jungenfraujoch, they even offer me a packed breakfast.   The hotel is in a spectacular position near Interlaken with views of the lake and the snow topped alps. The room we had was superb, very spacious and had great views. The staff were very friendly and attentive.   Good location, plenty of restaurants and shops in the immediate area, although if you want to explore Interlaken fully, this hotel is up at one end. However we only used it as a base and we had a car, so the amount of stuff around the hotel was adequate for our evening strolls. Staff great. We had a free upgrade to a suite.   We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Michael was fantastic ever willing to help in planning our day trips. Always with a cheerful smile. This is a family run hotel and I must say that it is the best hotel within the star rating that it has. They were able to tell us down to the bus times what we should see which was excellent as we only had two nights there.   Very helpful and friendly lady owner. Very good value for money, and excellent location for walking into town and travelling on to Schynige Platter and Grindlewald. Breakfast was good choice of cereals, with bread, ham, cheese, jam (the usual type of continental breakfast) with orange juice and all the coffee/tea you could drink.
