  We arrived early and were allowed to access our rooms. The staff were friendly and more than happy to help us with any queries and meet our needs. The elegance of the hotel and the cleanliness of the rooms was a great touch to an enjoyable stay in Bern.   This place is a true gem - only a short bus ride from the city center away. Oliver is friendly as usual (I stayed here a few times and always try to book the B&B Halen whenever I am in the city) and the place is very well maintained, cozy and very clean. As a entertainment bonus it also offers a nice DVD collection as well as some interesting ... vad folk säger » books on art, architecture and the area. Overall a real gem! - Oliver was a gracious, helpful host. The bed was very comfortable and the accommodations spacious.

  Great accomodation at a very good price. Located right in the near the centre of the city. The host are wonderful and very helpful.   Nearly everything! The staff were welcoming and very friendly, the room was clean, bright and well equiped. We had dinner on the terrace, which was superb.   just about everything - good and quiet location with an easy and short bus ride to center town; excellent restaurant (ate there both nights) with wonderfull waiter - Rooms, staff and location were wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay at Innere Enge and would highly recommend this hotel.

  Friendly staff, good localization, 7min from central station and the main market street. Clean sheets/bedroom. Dinner service and breakfast were very generous and appreciated. - Rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfest was also great. I would recommend this hostel to all backpackers.
