The staff was extremely helpful, informed and able to respond in several languages. The food was absolutely great and the bed comfortable. I have stayed in 5 star hotels that were not as enjoyable as the Hotel Schloss Ragaz. - Kindness and efficiency of staff and management.

Surprising to have Indian restaurant within the hotel which was
delicious. Fits perfectly into everyone's budget which makes
accomodation in swiss affordable. Nearby, Hotel Sonne looks good but
lacks the feel. Bad restaurant and high price for rooms. -

Great breakfast, clean room, proximity to the city and hiking, staff and the comfy cozy window that allowed fresh air into my room. Ease of use for the water closet and the shower. Close to travel to Appenzell too.

It's a lovely hotel on an inlet on Bodensee (Lake Constance). We had the least expensive room and thought it was perfect. They say our room was not yet remodeled but we could not tell what was not remodeled. The hotel is also in a quaint village off the beaten path a bit. We were really happy with the experience. -

The staff were friendly, spoke god English and could not have been more helpful - Excellent rooms, newly renovated and very quiet. The breakfast was very nice and offered plenty of selection. Blumenstein is in a very convenient place across from the railway station and next to Migros and other shopping areas.
