  Clean, good breakfast, nice design, smart bathroom, comfortable bed. Good value for money. The first hotel without the reception that I have been to and I must admit it works. - We spent 4 nights. When I arrived, they put me in my own room, with sink, tv etc. because they told me that the only person staying in the room I had booked was an unpleasant character. These examples show how they were willing to go the extra mile to make you feel we - The location is easily accessible from the train station and is right in the middle of the old town.   Our second floor apartment gave us a stunning view of both the lake and mountains. The 2 bedroom apartment was large and very clean. The local train station allowed easy access to Zurich if you didn't want to drive. Austria, Germany, and, Lichtenstein are close enough to drive especially the Bodensee and Rhein Falls areas. The restaurant was good and other local places to eat were nearby. - The resort where outstanding, we enjoyed the amazing view and the romance feeling. the apartment where fully furnished and plenty of space. for the kids there is everything you can imagine like, pool, indoor playground with babysitter, outdoor play area, places to run and bike, football pitch ... definitely will back there again soon
