Good location, easy walk to the lake. 2 supermarkets only seconds away.
Great coffee machine. Everything that you would need was in the
appartment. Great balcony. Very friendly owner, easy to use laundry
facilities. Decor was clean and fresh. Lift to the appartment which was
great as I'm not very good with stairs. Reasonable price, as motels
in Switzerland are very expensive.

A simple B&B in Luzern that rents out a handful of rooms in a small apartment building near the train station. The room itself was spotless and looked to have been recently renovated. Shared bathroom was clean. The staff was very friendly, and recommended an excellent restaurant nearby where we had arguably the best meal of our entire trip

1. very courteous and helpful staff
2. we had booked the hotel from a date which was a day ahead of our actual check in date. Having been in transit with 2 children for over 12 hours, we were willing to pay extra charges for a day to ensure that the room was available for us to quickly settle down the moment we arrived at Luzern. We had even booked our room accordingly. Lucia was generous and didn't charge for that extra day!

Close to train station, and directions were accurate.
A lovely apartment, quiet, and with all facilities.
Convenient to city on foot.
Heating was very effective for the cold weather.
Reception and farewell (by Guido) were handled efficiently and effectively.

We departed from London and gave short notice about the arrival time. However, the staff was waiting for us to give us the key and thorough introduction.
The apartment had lots of spaces and small garden so my little children had so much fun playing hide and seek and running around.
The kitchen had all the equipments, mainly from IKEA, which are

This hotel was very wonderful location to take a bus. In near this apartments, MIGROS was placed so that several items can be easily obtained from 8 am.

We stayed here for 3 days it was really nice apartment with a beautiful panoramic view.
The apartment was very clean and tidy. Fully equipped kitchen utensils.
A detail user guide which tells you all about the apartments and the transportation details.
Fully secured system.
Overall, its worth staying there and value for money. -

The next morning, we were surprised by the stunning view of the city & mountain from the apartment (at 28th level). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hoped we cld stay longer!

The staff was very friendly .. I call them before I arrived by 2 hours to let them know about my expected arrival time and they were waiting for me even when I was late half an hour. The taxi took 24chf to take us from the train station to the apartment. You can use bus#20 it's easy to use and only 10 min ride from the station to the apartment. Th

Spacious for a family of 5. Stephanie from hit rental was waiting for us and oriented us. She was very helpful. Economical and child friendly with a small play area outside, TV with english channels and free wireless internet. Kitchenette was small but functional. Stephanie was helpful. Good location outside the town with nice views and close to bus station and a grocery store
