A fairly decent sized studio apartment on the 3rd floor of the building, very clean, close to city centre, 10 mins walk to the railcity network, 2 mins in bus/tram is easily available on the paralel street, Guido the apartment manager - extremly friendly and helpful, Be sure to email your details to the owner on your arrival otherwise you would be waiting there on the streets un-attended with your massive sized bagges looking as stupid as you can ( for your own fault) As soon as we arrived to t.

Very friendly owner, easy to use laundry facilities. Decor was clean and fresh. Lift to the appartment which was great as I'm not very good with stairs. Reasonable price, as motels in Switzerland are very expensive. The stuff was more than hospitable, really friendly and recommended us everything we needed, more than in a hotel. Only one small criticism, the bed was about 15 cms off the floor and too close to the wall, being 59 and overweight, I found it nearly impossible to get out of the bed. It would have been nice to have Australian style pillows available. Stairs to top floor after lift not easy with luggage for older couple. We lived in the flat with big balcony on 6th floor. For some reasons, we can hear the lift very clearly every time someone used it. The Wi-Fi was not always working, especially at night time. It was completely gone for one night. The tv was in a rather awkward position, but we didn't want to watch it much anyway. A couple of spare pillows or cushions would be nice. I would have liked couple of more pillows. Nothing more than that. There is no on-site parking. Only parking is in street and you must feed meter every hour. Restaurants and bars are very expensive. Pillows and doona not big enough for bed. No English language TV. Nothing need to complain. Too few towels for a 4 day stay, we were given one each,and the bed was a bit uncomfortable, more pillows would have been good as well. nothing. We would have liked a couple of comfy chairs to sit in. No cable tv only german channels. The unit is very small and could have been furnished better with little effort and little expense. No hand towels and only one pillow each are simple examples. Overall excellent value for the money but 40 Euros added for cleaning on top of the bill was excessive. No lights in the corridor. Bed a bit firm, no armchair to relax in. Bathroom is quite smaller The manager is not that co operative.
