The apartments were well maintained and clean. It was welcoming to have bottled water in the fridge and tea/coffee. The shower worked well, which was a treat after staying in other hotels where it didn't. The beds were comfy and the apartment was well equipped with facilites including kettkle, toaster, ironing, microwave and tv with BBC and ITV

Very clean and perfect location , airport bus stop just at the corner (
La Paz) .Botanic Garden not far from us and big supermarket opposite. We
got off at bus stop and bought food for dinner after sightseeing. Lots
of bars , restaurants and shops .So we did't need to walk down to
centro and walked back over 300 steps. Taxi is cheap only €3.25 . 4

I would recommend Masaru since we found everything extremely nice.
The value/price is very good.
The staff was very friendly and kind not just simply polite.
The location is very good. Nice area, shops, bars and low traffic. Pool area was well maintained.
Food was excellent and there were no hidden expenses when checking-out.

Location, as we had a rented car and we could travel everywhere by car, but I saw a lot of restaurant nearby anyway.
The view is fantastic, the sound of the waves too, 10 out of 10 for the spectacular view.
The furniture is old but still fulfilling the requirements, everything worked.

Excellent value for your money. Apartments with basically but sufficiently equipped kitchen,everyday cleaning. The aparthotel has its own carpark (car is recommended as the hotel is not in the centre, approx. 15 min. walk but a few shops and a supermarket nearby). Good starting point for travelling all around the island.

The aprtment room was great, had a kitchenette, with fridge 2 ring
cooker, sink and coffee machine. The cleaners come every day except
Sunday and beds etc are changed. Our balcony was onto the Plaza Del

Nice place with a great view. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and guests on Chinyero was allowed to use the pool at the hotel next door which was nice! Chinyero also has a big roof terrace. We had a really good week, and the price is very low compared to the quality. -

I really like the view that I had from my room with the ocean on my left
side and the mountain on my right side. I also liked that the room was
quite big and clean, staff was friendly but didn't speak much
English so it would be best if you understood some Spanish also.

The location is excellent if you want to be in the heart of everything, close to the shops, the square, and the harbour in the old part of town. The hotel was very clean and although not 5 star, was excellent for us. -
