Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people.

This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week. The apartments were well maintained and clean. It was welcoming to have bottled water in the fridge and tea/coffee. The shower worked well, which was a treat after staying in other hotels where it didn't. The beds were comfy and the apartment was well equipped with facilites including kettkle, toaster, ironing, microwave and tv with BBC and ITV

Just about everything! Staff helpful effecient and friendly. Room comfortable and a good size. Breakfast has a superb selection tho could have done with the option of soya milk at breakfast but that's because I don't like milk! Spa was luxurious and massages were very good thermal spa area was well laid out too. Good location as well -

Place is nice and silent, really possible to rest. also, nice and big swimming pool. hotel is close to black sand beach and loro park. some food stores are around. personnel was always trying to help. food at the hotel was good and various. there is a hotel bus that drives to centre of the city (you can walk by foot but it takes around 20 minutes)

Excellent value for money. Courteous and helpful staff. Spacious well appointed room. Fridge in room. Although we were booked in only bed and breakfast we had dinner in the hotel on 4 nights of our stay as the quality was excellent for the cost.

Right in city center, but no noise during the night. Lower part of the
city, so no long walks or difficult descent. Friendly staff. Ok for 2 or
3 days, don't stay any longer.
