Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people.
Excellent breakfasts (both quality of food and selection) -including fresh juices
The hotel is very clean. Clearly they have an excellent rota to clean not only the main things that people can see

This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week. Just about everything! Staff helpful effecient and friendly. Room comfortable and a good size. Breakfast has a superb selection tho could have done with the option of soya milk at breakfast but that's because I don't like milk! Spa was luxurious and massages were very good thermal spa area was well laid out too. Good location as well -

2) Very tasty and variety dinner with a lot of seafood, meat steaks, fruits etc. Breakfast was also very nice
3) From early morning till 9 p.m the entrance to the short way to the beach is open. It takes 15 minutes to walk to beach or Logo Martinez.
4) In 7 minutes walk there is bus station with connection to airpor

The hotel was very clean and staff were efficient, polite and attentive.
The location was convenient if you wanted to walk into town our walk the the next beach though you would need some time to do either and be quite fit.. Excellent value for money. We have recommended it to another couple who have booked a few days in the hotel and know it.

We were a bit picky about the room but the staff was very helpful in
helping is to find the room that would satisfy our requirements. The
third room in the new part building was very good. Nice view, pretty
quiet (not taking into acount neighouring dogs destroying the silence,
but they were quiet in the night luckily). Far from roosters ;)

We had a great time in this hotel. Room was spacious, with kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Rooms were cleaned every day.
We really loved breakfast, it was great and delicious.
Wi-fi access was in lobby. But it wasn´t important for us.
