  Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week.   The apartments were well maintained and clean. It was welcoming to have bottled water in the fridge and tea/coffee. The shower worked well, which was a treat after staying in other hotels where it didn't.   Place is nice and silent, really possible to rest. also, nice and big swimming pool. hotel is close to black sand beach and loro park. some food stores are around. personnel was always trying to help. food at the hotel was good and various. there is a hotel bus that drives to centre of the city (you can walk by foot but it takes around 20 minutes)... vad folk säger » . free wifi that works in most of the hotel. - Excellent value for money. Courteous and helpful staff. Spacious well appointed room. Fridge in room. Although we were booked in only bed and breakfast we had dinner in the hotel on 4 nights of our stay as the quality was excellent for the cost.

  Xibana Park was closed for renovation and I was redirected to Hotel La Paze. So this review is for La Paze. Clean, well kept, friendly staff. A huge area for breakfast and dinner. Originally I choose Xibana because it is within walking distance to bus station. For La Paze, I have to hire a taxi. Luckily, the staff told me Bus 348 to national park ... vad folk säger » stops right at the hotel crossing street. So I don't have to go to bus station. Became another bonus. Quite happy with La Paze. - Brilliant location (local sauna, spa, restaurant, bars and clubs; just 5 minutes walk), great value of money and helpful staff.

  The service at the hotel was very good, athought it is a very big hotel, we had the impression they knew their guests individually. Everything was clean, the room, the pool, the restaurant. Parking was fine infront of the hotel so no need to pay for the parking place... All in all we enjoyed our stay there as a family. - Great location.
