Location was very nice, near Clark Quay, there's a shopping store just next to the hotel, taxi stand right next door. The pool was a surprise, didn't expect to have that nice pool for the price. While we were staying there, it happened that it was my birthday. To my
surprise, the management sent a birthday cake to my room! Completely
unexpected, and a really elegant touch. And just in case you were
wondering, this was no cheap little thing, it was an 8 person
fruit/sponge that was actually very delicious, and it took my
partner and I 3 nights to polish it off!

An outstanding apartment with very friendly and helpful staff. There were excellent kitchen facilities to entice stay at home meals. Also there is a supermarket across the road. We were lucky to be upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment which made our stay even more memorable. It was easy to sleep due to the very quiet rooms.

My Family and I stayed in a huge self contained 3 bedroom apartment which was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were more than helpful to answer any Questions we had and book us taxis etc. The breakfast buffet was small but adequate, beside the pool. We had lunch there as well, a couple of times, and the staff were all lovely. I would recommend this hotel to anyone,and I would stay there again if I was so lucky to visit Singapore again.

The location of the hotel was in walking distance of many attractions.
Room was fresh and clean, bed comfortable, airconditioner quiet, shower hot and direct, lovely view and no street noise.
Pool has the wow factor.
Breakfast spoilt for choice, relaxed and plentiful.
On our return we have talked to our family and friends about the young luggage assistant who went well beyond good service to assist us with our transfer to the boat. He made the stay for great to memorable.

The whole experience was one of 100% satisfaction. The property its
grounds and all of the facilities were 1st class. No it is not on one of
the main shopping streets but it is just a short walk to Orchard road
and one of the best mrt underground stations (a major intersection of 4
different lines) in Singapore. To have the vibrant city of Singapore at
your feet combined with the tranquility and luxury of the Fort Canning
was the perfect combination for us. 5* Hotel but not pretentious. Pool

This is a great hotel in a central location right above City Hall MRT Station, with easy walking to the Harbor areas and the Singapore Flyer etc. We travelled from the airport via the MRT for S$2.40 (£1.20 approx.) Concierge were most obliging from local advice and knowledge, luggage security once checked out etc. The room was very comfortable with a work desk area which was most helpful. Would look to stay here again when traveling to Singapore.

Close to china town and easy to grab a taxi at anytime of the day. Clubs around the corner during the weekend and very quiet. I would definitely come back on my next trip

Regency House is in an excellent location close to Train, bus and Orchard Rd. We walked to these in 5 min or less. The staff are extremely polite, friendly and accommodating. Rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and access to coffee machines was fantastic. We would definitely stay there again. Kids loved the pool and being able to walk to food malls for dinner was fantatic.

As the hotel is small it felt like everything was more personal. The location was central. The staff were very helpful. A lot of time was spent showing everything that was in the hotel rooms. The staff were amazing and ultra-accommodating to me and my hubby's requests! The robes were high quality and comfortable, lots of good amenities in the room like complementary Nespresso, water, juice and cokes... very refreshing. All the rooms were beautiful. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide selection of western and
asian dishes - you can even order how your eggs are cooked. Hotel staff
was very attentive to all your needs, very polite. Hotel was in close
walking distance to the Metro (if you can stand the heat and humidity).
There are restaurants next to the hotel serving local cuisine - tried
one of them and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel
has also a restaurant but didn't get a chance to dine there.
