  Wonderful setting, at the end of a rather busy hotel zone, managed in a competent yet relaxed manner. Well-kept grounds with nice gardens, basically right on the beach with a very fine sand. The rooms we stayed in was spacious with comfprtable beds and mosquito nets (around the bed and at the windows). Bathroom is nice and clean, the shower runs wells (unlike the sink, where just a bit of water comes out of the - We stayed at Dos Ceibas for 8 nights and it was absolutely amazing! The staff is very helpful and kind and if you get to know them a little you feel like family. It may take a day or two to find your groove here but once you do you will never want to leave. It is very peaceful, quiet and amazingly beautiful. The rooms are simple and charming (no frills) and have everything you need. The food in the restaurant is not the best food around but the price is good and it is definitely worth trying.

  Any hotel on this stretch of Tulum beach can't fail to have a 'wow' factor so Rosa del Viento is no exception. The views of the sea and proximity to the sand are fabulous. The beach furniture is plentiful and the rooms are well appointed - even for a beach side 'cabin'. The staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. We had a slight problem with... vad folk säger » the shower plumbing on the last night (nobody's fault) and the manager was immediately there to help out and arrange it to be fixed the next morning. - The night we arrived was stormy but a warm and friendly staff made you feel welcome and a comfortable bed awaited us. I cannot say enough about the staff, from the owner Máximo and the front desk , Josep and Diana to the restaurant cadre, Jose Manuel, Marcos, Teodoro, and all the rest.It was a magical stay and although it seemed at times we were in splendid isolation, even that was fantastic with the ocean at our feet and the wind in the palms..we will definitely do it again and highly recomend

  Azulik is a magical, magical place. Though at first it was a bit jarring to find that the reception area was a laptop hooked up to a generator, this is actually where its magic lay. As you traverse a densely vegetative path to get to your rooms, you quickly know you're getting yourself into something out of the ordinary. It was so romantic, especially as we had to use candle light after the sun set. Really loved having outside baths whilst taking in the breathtaking sea views (advise mosquito repellent!!). We particularly enjoyed being braced by the warm sea breeze whilst sitting on our private balcony. Felt thoroughly relaxed lounging on the swings too. Fantastic location near to great restaurants and stunning beaches.

  I would definitely stay here again. The staff was amazing,the beach pristine, rooms are charming and spacious, beds are comfortable, yoga classes also a plus. The restaurant overlooks the beach, ambiance there is just lovely and coffee is really good. Staff at the restaurant work really hard and really make you feel at home. Traveled solo, always felt safe, had a ceiling fan and a portable fan, stayed in Gaia cabana which is closer to the road,b - Upon arrival the staff greeted us and introduced themselves. The atmosphere was laid back and the staff really made you feel at home. Everyone was do sweet and friendly. The owner Karla was very gracious, introducing herself to patrons and gave us reccomendations on what to do/see, etc. The staff feels like family. Not stuffy and the grounds are beautifully kept. The restaurant has a nice variety of things to eat and they have a brick pizza oven. Also, The wifi was great and kept me connected.

  The cabanas right on the beach, closest to the water, are amazing. They have an incredible view and the terrace presenst the morning sun perfectly when it rises. The sanitary installations are clean and tidy and water is hot. The other cabins are a little more secouded, but equally charming. If you can, try to stay in an upper-level cabin, since y... vad folk säger » ou will feel even more relaxed with a good view of the terrain, chilling out in the hammock on the balcony/terrace. Coco Tulum's entire staff was most - The ocean view room was spectacular. Simple small room. Grounds were kept in excellent shape. After sunset they have roaming guards with flash lights protecting the property entrance from the beach (no fences) that definitely provided much needed safety reassurance since communal bathrooms/showers in the middle of the night can be a little intimidating/dangerous especially for female guests. With that being said all guests were friendly and safety was the LEAST of our concerns.

  I found the people were very friendly and I felt I received good value for my money. Having bikes for free use was a definite plus as it is easy to get to the ruins, beach and downtown by bike. The Tulum ruins are a must see. It is such a great cobination of a park and ruins. Very different from other ruins. I also toured - The hotel has a good location (very close to the ruins, quite close to the town and also to the beach). Free bikes are great to have to move around. And we liked very much the bread at breakfast. Cosy spacious room, good air conditioning, big beds. well wroking wifi in the room. Nice outside sitting, pizza offered at the evenings.
