Excellent Dive Shop - Pepe Scuba shop right on site at the hotel. Get up in the morning and get straight in the dive boat right in front of the hotel, excellent. Dive Masters were friendly and knowledgeable. Dive boat VERY fast so gets you there before all the others, and not packed with a lot of people - only small groups of divers at a time.

The staff were very friendly and eager to help. I stayed here while competing in the ironman and cannot fault the hotel for it's efforts to accommodate the additional needs when taking part in such an event.

The Flamingo is a very comfortable hotel in a good location on the edge of the town and close to the waterfront. The staff are courteous and friendly the bar manager Ivan is an excellent "mine host" and a great source of local knowledge whose recommendations were greatly appreciated. This was our second visit. -

Nothing to do with those big cold impersonal hotels.
Breakfast was good, they have a laundry service (not many have this) and the room was clean, cosy and tidy.

Extremely good value for money. You get at very nice room, and the location is about 10 minutes from the city center.
I would say if you like it a bit alternative and are on a budget, this is perfect for you. If you are looking for a hotell with all its comfort, its maybe not ideal.
The host family was very friendly and they have a cat and a dog.
