  We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Uolis Nah. It's located short distance from the town center and really close to the super market. The rooms are very cozy and clean. There is a little kitchen too if you want to make your food. The place seemed very secure, and all the staff are extremely friendly, and offer free parking. The breakfast in the morning was excellent, especially for the price of the hotel, and they offer free bicycles (but you need - Everything. Extreme friendly welcome! The free bike service is pretty cool and helped us to get around Tulum. The lady that covered reception in the mornings is extremely friendly and helpful. The place seemed very secure too as there was always someone around.

  I found the people were very friendly and I felt I received good value for my money. Having bikes for free use was a definite plus as it is easy to get to the ruins, beach and downtown by bike. The Tulum ruins are a must see. It is such a great cobination of a park and ruins. Very different from other ruins. I also toured - The hotel has a good location (very close to the ruins, quite close to the town and also to the beach). Free bikes are great to have to move around. And we liked very much the bread at breakfast. Cosy spacious room, good air conditioning, big beds. well wroking wifi in the room. Nice outside sitting, pizza offered at the evenings.

  Very friendly staff who really made you feel welcome, So nice even when we were supposed to check out, we could leave our bags and go to a cenote and when we came back they offered us towels and the ability to shower. Very thoughtful! Coozy hotel with lovely lighting in the evenings, pool area seems small at first but it was really "bigger than y... vad folk säger » ou thought", with bubbly jacuzzi part of the pool. Rooms were nice and cleaned, good wifi all over the hotel so you could sit in the pool and surf :) - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and lovely. It was a great city location, nice and quiet but close to good restaurants, shopping and night life. The staffs reccommedations of restaurants were great. It's a cheap cab ride to the ruins and the beach. The hotel will rent bikes which is a great way to get to the beach.

  We absolutely enjoyed our 8-days stay at Zamas in the first week of October. The cabanas of Zamas are wonderful - we love the colourful, authentic Mexican-style - all the cabanas and the restaurant are made with a loving touch, and so happily different from standarsized accommodations.   Any hotel on this stretch of Tulum beach can't fail to have a 'wow' factor so Rosa del Viento is no exception. The views of the sea and proximity to the sand are fabulous. The beach furniture is plentiful and the rooms are well appointed - even for a beach side 'cabin'. The staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. We had a slight problem with... vad folk säger » the shower plumbing on the last night (nobody's fault) and the manager was immediately there to help out and arrange it to be fixed the next morning. - The night we arrived was stormy but a warm and friendly staff made you feel welcome and a comfortable bed awaited us. I cannot say enough about the staff, from the owner Máximo and the front desk , Josep and Diana to the restaurant cadre, Jose Manuel, Marcos, Teodoro, and all the rest.It was a magical stay and although it seemed at times we were in splendid isolation, even that was fantastic with the ocean at our feet and the wind in the palms..we will definitely do it again and highly recomend

  Azulik is a magical, magical place. Though at first it was a bit jarring to find that the reception area was a laptop hooked up to a generator, this is actually where its magic lay. As you traverse a densely vegetative path to get to your rooms, you quickly know you're getting yourself into something out of the ordinary. The room was incredible: a... vad folk säger » bed, a hanging daybed, an absolutely gorgeous terrace with private tub, and another tub inside that was equally magical. - Loved our beachside cabana. It was so romantic, especially as we had to use candle light after the sun set. Really loved having outside baths whilst taking in the breathtaking sea views (advise mosquito repellent!!). We particularly enjoyed being braced by the warm sea breeze whilst sitting on our private balcony. Felt thoroughly relaxed lounging on the swings too. Fantastic location near to great restaurants and stunning beaches.
