  We stayed here only for one night after a trip to Valladolid and Tulum in order to catch a morning flight out of Cancun. The staff was friendly and helpful on arrival. Car parking was included as promised. The room was a bit sterile, but comfortable with nice towels and linens. I wouldn't have paid $400, but $203 was reasonable fo - We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights and it was wonderful.The staff was friendly and always ready to help.The breakfast is excellent but expensive.So we used cupons that they offered us at the reception and saved some money.They were always very nice to our son.I Strongly recommend the hotel

  I loved all the trees on the complex. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the Marguritas and the bartender made sure they were perfect! Much appreciated. - room service was good and timely. the spa was lovely with a great staff.

  The hotel's location is very good, if you want to stay close to the airport. The staff were very friendly and the free shuttle service was excellent (keep in mind that you have to arrange for it beforehand, since there is no access to the hotel in the airport). Location is not good because of the highway but it didn´t disturb me. Anyways it´s kind of hotel just for one day stay if your flight is too early or late for departure from Playa del Carmen or other distant location. Hotel was clean and really nice equiped. Breakfast was nice!!!

  I really can't fault this place, it was perfect in everyway. My best friend and I stayed here for four nights and will be back without a doubt. The rooms are big and spacious, the views are spectacular, the service is impeccable. The entertainment guys; josh, aldo and armando were fabulous as well as the restaurant staff and cleaners.   It was good for a transit stop. Early morning, 5am, shuttle cost $20 - The staff were very nice, breakfast was really good - alittle pricey for Mexico, but wonderful selection. Inside of the hotel was clean.

  Very nice hotel for a good price. The price on letsbookhotel.com was half of the normal rate. We did not book in advance and had to book with our tablet in the lobby to get the good price (half of the normal rate). Rooms are spacious, clean, quite. The included breakfast is ok, but noting special. Locations is close to a big shoppingmall and bus... vad folk säger » stop. We didn't know, there is a second ADO busstop at the IBIS-hotel which is close, unfortunately we didn't know and got out at the mainstation and - The staff was extra good! I love the pool also the food was good.

  All was great, will stay there again, but after travelling throughout Mexico, cost of the room was steep. Compared to Cancun hotel zone it was lower priced, so no problems, Service was great and food was good.

  My Mom and I were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade upon arrival. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool, a mini fridge and small kitchenette which was well-equipped. The hotel is situated off the main road and towards the end of the Hotel Zone and bordering the lagoon, but it was very easy to access the beaches and shopping areas... vad folk säger » . Jesus at reception was very helpful and friendly - he gave us a map of the area and showed us how easy it was to make our way around on foot or by b - Suites Sina (as the locals call it) is in a really nice neighbourhood right by the golf course and the lagoon. It feels really safe even at night and has some local shops and restaurants right around the corner which feel a bit more like the real Mexico. Which Cancun isn'T. Suites Sina has everything you need including a pool and super helpful staff. My daughter and I stayed, went to the Isla Mujeres for a few nights and then came back to Suites Sina because it was perfect for what we wanted.
