very courteous and responsive to your needs. Manuel, at the front desk,
is a great guy! But, really all staff was very good. -
The location was great. In the middle of the centro area and night markets for local. It was very clean and staff arranged transportation for us. They also gave us good recommendations for excellent local restaurants. A reasonable hotel with a really comfortable bed, satellite TV and a decent shower & decor. I was happy.

Loved the tiles and decoration of the hotel. The restaurant on the rooftop was superb for both the stunning views and great food and the location couldn't have been better with the square and shopping street at the front door. -

99% of the staff spoke English and put up with our bad Spanish. The
breakfasts were included and we had a lot of choices and they were all
great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was a junior suite
and it was very large. The canopy bed was very comfortable. The tv had

the lobby. People walking by, would walk up the stairs to take pictures
of the lobby and the fully stained glass ceiling. The location was
perfect. -
The Hotel itself is great, both rooms and public places, everyone already wrote about the mosaic glass roof above lobby area. And of course the old lift which unfortunately you can use only once you arrive to hotel.
Guest relations service is good - I contacted them before my arrival to book some extra services and they really did their best to help me.

Location - 5 minutes to Zocalo but yet quiet, which is hard to find in the old town
Staff - extremely helpful and quick in addressing any issues/questions
Rooms - large and very clean, the linens feel new. Beds are comfortable, though might be a bit hard for some. I had the best sleep in a week at this hotel

The location is great. You just walk outside and you are facing a
museum. The police station is next to the museum giving me the secure
feeling. The hostel is beautiful. Extremely clean. We stayed in room 5,
it has two rooms and a very large bathroom. Great for mom traveling with
two young men. Staff was excellent in providing us with tourism ideas.
Love, love the garden area.

The price of our five day stay was great and the staff was friendly and attentive. The free continental breakfast was very good and helped us saved money. We will recommend the Hampton Inn to family and friends. We plan to return to Mexico City next year and we will definitely stay at the Hampton Inn. -

Cannot beat price. Can arrange tours, and buy bus tickets from reception
(though bus tickets have commission), we had a double room which was
spacious, good bathroom. Free breakfast and dinner - breakfast varied
each day, though tended to run out later in the morning. Dinner a bit
hit and miss, but lovely to have the option.
