In the middle of the centro area and night markets for local. It was very clean and staff arranged transportation for us. They also gave us good recommendations for excellent local restaurants. A reasonable hotel with a really comfortable bed, satellite TV and a decent shower & decor. I was happy.

  Loved the tiles and decoration of the hotel. The restaurant on the rooftop was superb for both the stunning views and great food and the location couldn't have been better with the square and shopping street at the front door. - The location is very good, just near by the center square.

  99% of the staff spoke English and put up with our bad Spanish. The breakfasts were included and we had a lot of choices and they were all great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was a junior suite and it was very large. The canopy bed was very comfortable. The tv had many English speaking channels. The location was perfect. - The Hotel itself is great, both rooms and public places, everyone already wrote about the mosaic glass roof above lobby area. And of course the old lift which unfortunately you can use only once you arrive to hotel. Guest relations service is good - I contacted them before my arrival to book some extra services and they really did their best to help me.

Extremely clean. We stayed in room 5, it has two rooms and a very large bathroom. Great for mom traveling with two young men. Staff was excellent in providing us with tourism ideas. Love, love the garden area.

  The price of our five day stay was great and the staff was friendly and attentive. The free continental breakfast was very good and helped us saved money. We will recommend the Hampton Inn to family and friends.
