  Made booking on line on the same day check in. Was impressed that check in was fast and without hassle. The King size bed was very comfortable. Convenient location, East Coast mall just across the street, many good restaurants nearby. Good breakfast buffet.   We came during a busy festive season, but the reception staff were really cool, even though the front desk was like a zoo. I always find that remarkable. Place is pretty descent for a quick coastal getaway.   Staff is just awesome! Hayatt is my favorite here in Malaysia as far as service is concerned. Location is perfect: Telok Chempedak is a natural beautuful bay, the beach is clean in spite of the fact that public beach has no visible birder with the hotel.
