brand new hotel with all new facilities, friendly staff, easy access to KL-Kuantan-KT Highway, very near UIA campus, the new central bus stand and hocky stadium, nice LCD screen, good hot rain shower, easy parking at basement or in front. Close to Kuantan town. Practically new hotel so everything in excellent condition. Bigger adult pool would be nicer. Good hotel with good food, facilities good and value for money, letsbookhotel.com give me good price!!.

The place is new. staff were friendly. we were there for exam in International Islamic University. The staff were helpful and even allowed us to stay late at night to study in their restaurant. really appreciate it. Friendly staff Next to government office quite place. Relaxing and calm ambience. Big clean room. The room . Hotel is new, so nice if this would be kept well maintained. Breakfast is good as well. Staff are friendly. Easy to find, from the toll gate of Kuantan. Convenient elevator. Nothing. Still brand new location, thus not many facility around, in the area of new housing/shop-lots development, windows can't be open thus a bit stuffy, the aircon can't be switch off if gets too cold!. Pool water a bit dirty. Need better filteration system. No towel provided at pool area. Gym was locked in the morning. none. Swimming Pool are not completed yet. Walk way to the room is very warm. less space room room position in the middle of walkaway less privacy. The odour in the room was not pleasant. Air freshener may do the job. The floor water outlet for showering is not functioning well 'cos it was flooded wnen I took my bath!. swimming pool - no shades n no chairs around. Breakfast place - too small. Poorly maintained hotel. Leaking shower hose, air cond that can't be switch off, untuned tv channels, no toilet rolls. All in all, this is a poorly managed hotel. Bed is not confortable. I'm headache while sleeping on it coz it shaking. Hotel hallways to the room not clean. Lift floor always wet as there is no separate service lift. Shower drainage - water too slow to drain (creating pool of water inside shower room). Cannot connect to wi-fi - private username and password not enough, should provide a separate instruction for setup. (esp. on Android phone). The hotel has smells, which contributed by the poor ventilation system. I could not believe the management of the hotel is allowing hotel staff is using the guest lift as service lift. The room has very small opening (window) to the external and not able to circulate the air properly. The check out process is slow. Backup staff is not experience in handling the task. Abit hidden location.lack of signboard(small) to get there Room small for queen dlx.not value for money , just like 2star hotel. Breakfast only 1 choice of nasi lemak Will not come here again. Room has no wi-fi access. Room has safe box but not fix and cannot use. Toilet has not hanger. Water power not consistant. Staff were always under staff. Nothing in that area to walk around. service staff was not train properly , waited 30 min for check in , there are only 2 guest ahead me ,coffe house were only have 1 staff ?.
