  Very good hotel staff were amazing spoke good English and the onsen was brilliant. Had a massage there which was awesome. My room overlooked mount fuji which was magical - beautiful Mt Fuji view and front nice breakfast in front of Mt Fuji Excellent front desk customer service

  A truly Japanese experience. We hand a japanese style room, with a picture postcard view of the lake and mount fuji in the distance. Upon arrival, we were served tea in our room. The large room was partitioned with a sliding japanese screen doors, dividing the bedroom and seating areas. We opted for the shared bathroom (there is a toilet in the ro... vad folk säger » om). We really didn't know what to expect. It's a traditional, segregated male and female, bathing area. Just what we all needed after a busy day sigh - spacious room with own terrace and bar makes me more relaxing while looking to the lake in front of me. during afternoon before dinner , walking in lake for about 5 mins walk from hotel is very convenient.and we try the japanese style room! was fantastic! should really try to first time in japan.they have also shuttle bus which u can ask to pick u up in nearest station.thier english is pretty understable so probably it will be good enough to zero percent japanese langauage.lots of near japanese

  Superior view of shy Mt. Fuji. Friendly and helpful staff. Very large room, especially in Japanese standards. Room had a TV (only japanese stations as far as I have seen), free Wifi, fridge. Hotel has a coin laundry. Some restaurants and supermarket nearby. Hotel offered breakfast which was a good mixture of japanese and western continental breakf... vad folk säger » ast. - Everything is perfect! We are very impressive from accommodation, nice view to see Fuji-San, great dinner, onsen available and very nice service. Even a location is a bit far from station (because we are tourist, don't use a private car) but hotel has a van service, very very very nice! Recommend !!!

  This is a very special ryokan. It gaves us the feeling of a real Japanese hosting - The onsen, the Kaiseky meals and the whole atmosphere. The staff was great and kind, the rooms were beautiful and clean, and the private onsen is a treat! The kaiseky meal is not for everyone, because there are a lot of special dishes that not everyone likes, but y... vad folk säger » ou should try. The location is very near to the lake so you can enjoy the town main attractions, and it's 20 minutes walk from the station. There's - The dinner and breakfast was top-notch. The service was exemplary. The private onsen just outside the room is pure enjoyment. Location isn't right next to Kawaguchiko lake or facing Mt Fuji, but walking to the lake takes only 5 min. The ryokan also has complementary service to bring you to & fro Kawaguchiko train station.

  Loved the atmosphere and that people were friendly and easy. Also loved that the staff had a good recommendation for a restaurant when we wanted a kind of food that was not represented on the hotel restaurant list. Staff was helpful.
