  The hotel was a typical Italian Villa . Our room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the garden , but the bathroom was very small.We had aiconditioning which worked well and a fridge in the room . I would recommend this hotel. - The location of this hotel was perfect as it was slightly away from the main port but was only a 5 minute walk through the peaceful park to get there. It is a beautiful, traditional Italian home with very Italian furnishings and a charming couple who run the hotel. We loved the sense that we were in their home yet there was a good sense of privacy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

  All was just amazing. Fantastic view on the gulf, very kind personnel (however I speak Italian and they were not speaking English, please note), who offered drinks every time we were in the lobby.   Thanks to the hosts of the place - Tania, Manuel, Victor - very friendly, informative, helpful!!! Tania went out of her way to give us great and unique tips on visiting various sights near-by - Thank you - it made all the difference in the world! Manuel's and Victor's hospitality were incredible - although we were booked into a room with a sofa be... vad folk säger » d, they offered us the room with two double beds taking into account our prolonged 2 weeks stay, ensuring our comfort - thank you! Highly recommend th - Great location. There is a small beach right in front of the hotel, and 5 min walk to the promenade, shops and restaurants. Although partially obscured by trees, the view of the harbour was lovely from our sea view room. Travel from Genoa airport as well as Chiavari was easy and cheap by train. Staff were helpful in giving directions to places we wanted to visit in the area.

  It is only a 5 min walk to the train station with easy access to the cinque terre. Also we biked along the coast through tunnels with bikes from the owner. Great walks along the coast and through vineyards. The owner is very kind and helpful and she made a nice breakfast every morning.   I'm booked a room in this hotel the day of arrival late in the evening, I called and asked if I was not late for check-in, because the site says that the check-in until 8 pm, but they kindly replied that I can go to a restaurant and they'll take me to my room . The location is very convenient and close to the waterfront and castle, 5 - Rapallo is one of my favorite place easily reachable by train to Cinqua Terre and Portofino, Santa Margherita.Hotel is very old building, furnitures old but clean, 50 m.to the sea shore, helpfull owner, we liked.You can eat breakfast on ground floor after 08.30, it's to late for tourists; but helpfull owner gave us delicious cakes..l recommend.

  Cozy and friendly family hotel which offers unique atmosphere of old family traditions. Great view from the terrace facing fantastic Rapallo lagune. All rooms have its own access to that terrace which provides panoramic view of the town. Very silent, old style sea view dining area for breakfast. Very friendly personnel - owners. Spoke english fluently and was very helpful. Location wise is not the top mark, but view from the terrace pays off. Staff all very friendly. Always smiling and even called us by our name.

  The receptionist (Laura) was instantly welcoming and helpful, always with a smile and words of advice. Parking (for 2 cars only) was permitted on the hotel's tiled area behind a dwarf wall safely shielding you from the traffic on the narrow street. The hotel is carpeted throughout and felt relaxed generally. Breakfast was good quality and well sto... vad folk säger » cked and there was no time pressure to leave, even after 11am (it was meant to close at 10am), though the choice was a little limited. Easy 5/10 minut - The location was very good: 5 minutes walk to the port and few minutes from the train station. All the people working there speak good English, that is not very often for Italy. Near by (like 2 minutes walk) was really good and cheap pizza restaurant. Nice city to visit - also because of good connection to other cities near by. For breakfast you can ask for good coffee, tea or hot milk. Nice design: cats everywhere ... also 2 alive ;-) You've got your own balcony in the room.
