  I really liked this hotel, I feel myself like at home, I would give more stars to hotel, the owner was so nice lady at reception she explained everything so well in English and gave so many advises how many sightings are around and what are the best ones, I was amazed about the cleanliness in the room, bathroom and the white ironed bed linen.   The hotel is perfectly placed on the water- I highly recommend the sea view rooms. The walk from the train station wasn't bad at all, and we had no trouble finding the hotel.   This Hotel own beach club is definatly great thing - city beaches is far and crowd. Also there a indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Staff is professional - almost everybody speaks at few languages. Excelsior have two resto and two bars - they are OK, selections of food and wine is enough for foodies and wine lovers. Rooms is clean and big enough - It was just perfect! A really luxurious hotel with it's own beach which is located on the other side of road and you can get there using a roofed-bridge. Usually when abroad I prefer to eat in different places to try more and to see new places, but here I was ready to have every dinner in Eden Roc:) Staff is extremely helpful and friendly (they have also Russian-speaking personnel as well as Russian chennels).   Fantastic location. Most beautiful view of the cost. Great staff. Front desk staff is really attentive and more than welcoming. Really nice room. Great breakfast. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Although no parking across the hotel on Wednesday, we easily found parking across the street and it was not very expensive.   The owner's and staff were excellent. Check-in and parking were handled smoothly. Location of hotel was perfect, with great views of the sea. Rooms were clean, bright, and very well laid out. Our room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the garden , but the bathroom was very small.We had aiconditioning which worked well and a fridge in the room . I would recommend this hotel. - The location of this hotel was perfect as it was slightly away from the main port but was only a 5 minute walk through the peaceful park to get there. It is a beautiful, traditional Italian home with very Italian furnishings and a charming couple who run the hotel. We loved the sense that we were in their home yet there was a good sense of privacy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

  Thanks to the hosts of the place - Tania, Manuel, Victor - very friendly, informative, helpful!!! Tania went out of her way to give us great and unique tips on visiting various sights near-by - Thank you - it made all the difference in the world! Manuel's and Victor's hospitality were incredible - although we were booked into a room with a sofa be... vad folk säger » d, they offered us the room with two double beds taking into account our prolonged 2 weeks stay, ensuring our comfort - thank you! Highly recommend th - Great location. There is a small beach right in front of the hotel, and 5 min walk to the promenade, shops and restaurants. Although partially obscured by trees, the view of the harbour was lovely from our sea view room. Travel from Genoa airport as well as Chiavari was easy and cheap by train. Staff were helpful in giving directions to places we wanted to visit in the area.
