Great location with potential views of the harbor from some rooms. Two rooms on the east side of the 1st floor have access to a large outdoor terrace with two sets of tables and chairs. This was a great place to sit outside during our stay. - We were provided with the central room on 2nd floor with the best views of the promenade and harbour.

Fantastic location. Most beautiful view of the cost. Great staff. Front desk staff is really attentive and more than welcoming. Really nice room. Great breakfast. It was the best hotel we stayed at in Italy in terms of location, views, comfort, decor and value for money. The breakfast was also the best we experienced and the overall atmosphere was terrific. Rapallo is a great place to stay.

The location of this hotel was perfect as it was slightly away from the main port but was only a 5 minute walk through the peaceful park to get there. It is a beautiful, traditional Italian home with very Italian furnishings and a charming couple who run the hotel. We loved the sense that we were in their home yet there was a good sense of privacy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location. There is a small beach right in front of the hotel, and 5 min walk to the promenade, shops and restaurants. Although partially obscured by trees, the view of the harbour was lovely from our sea view room. Travel from Genoa airport as well as Chiavari was easy and cheap by train. Staff were helpful in giving directions to places we wanted to visit in the area.

The owner's and staff were excellent. Check-in and parking were handled smoothly. Location of hotel was perfect, with great views of the sea. Rooms were clean, bright, and very well laid out. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner in the hotel, followed by a nice after dinner session in the lounge. - The people there were very courteous and helpful. We left

The hotel is perfectly placed on the water- I highly recommend the sea view rooms. The walk from the train station wasn't bad at all, and we had no trouble finding the hotel. The breakfast was above and beyond what we expected, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. -

The garden for both breakfast and dinner was magical. Right opposite the
promenade you could walk everywhere... And catch the ferry across the
bays to cinque Terre, Portofino and St Margarite. Friendly staff who
could speak English plus other languages.very very comfortable rooms! I
will definitely make this my haven in Europe in future! -

It is only a 5 min walk to the train station with easy access to the
cinque terre. Also we biked along the coast through tunnels with bikes
from the owner. Great walks along the coast and through vineyards. The
owner is very kind and helpful and she made a nice breakfast every
morning. A great place to stay. -
