  I really liked this hotel, I feel myself like at home, I would give more stars to hotel, the owner was so nice lady at reception she explained everything so well in English and gave so many advises how many sightings are around and what are the best ones, I was amazed about the cleanliness in the room, bathroom and the white ironed bed linen. Easy access to train and buses. Large room, comfortable. Good food in restaurant for dinner and at breakfast. Very helpful staff. Computer available for guests. Patio. Highly recommend this hotel.

  The hotel is perfectly placed on the water- I highly recommend the sea view rooms. The walk from the train station wasn't bad at all, and we had no trouble finding the hotel. The large windows allowed the room to be cool and together with the view it made you feel like you were in a grand palace.

  Fantastic location. Most beautiful view of the cost. Great staff. Front desk staff is really attentive and more than welcoming. Really nice room. Great breakfast. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Although no parking across the hotel on Wednesday, we easily found parking across the street and it was not very expensive. It was the best hotel we stayed at in Italy in terms of location, views, comfort, decor and value for money. The breakfast was also the best we experienced and the overall atmosphere was terrific.   The garden for both breakfast and dinner was magical. Right opposite the promenade you could walk everywhere... And catch the ferry across the bays to cinque Terre, Portofino and St Margarite. Friendly staff who could speak English plus other languages.very very comfortable rooms!   The owner's and staff were excellent. Check-in and parking were handled smoothly. Location of hotel was perfect, with great views of the sea. Rooms were clean, bright, and very well laid out.   Thanks to the hosts of the place - Tania, Manuel, Victor - very friendly, informative, helpful!!! Tania went out of her way to give us great and unique tips on visiting various sights near-by - Thank you - it made all the difference in the world! Manuel's and Victor's hospitality were incredible - although we were booked into a room with a sofa be... vad folk säger » d, they offered us the room with two double beds taking into account our prolonged 2 weeks stay, ensuring our comfort - thank you! Highly recommend th - Great location. There is a small beach right in front of the hotel, and 5 min walk to the promenade, shops and restaurants. Although partially obscured by trees, the view of the harbour was lovely from our sea view room. Travel from Genoa airport as well as Chiavari was easy and cheap by train. Staff were helpful in giving directions to places we wanted to visit in the area.

  Cozy and friendly family hotel which offers unique atmosphere of old family traditions. Great view from the terrace facing fantastic Rapallo lagune. All rooms have its own access to that terrace which provides panoramic view of the town. Very silent, old style sea view dining area for breakfast. Very friendly personnel - owners. Spoke english fluently and was very helpful. Location wise is not the top mark, but view from the terrace pays off. Staff all very friendly. Always smiling and even called us by our name.
