  The standard in the hotel was second to none.. All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpfull.. The service provided to us was excellent.. definitely will be back again.... - The whole stay at the hotel was fabulous , not one complaint!   The Lodges were excellent, very well kitted to a high spec. Loved the touch of the fire log left for guests plus the tea/coffee/milk - very welcoming. - New and excellent place to stay.   I wish we had more time to spend in the hotel. We didn't get to make use of the facilities at all and they looked fantastic.   Their attention to detail was excellent. Very friendly and efficient in all areas - girls on reception/waiters, etc. Used the Spa, and it was a beautiful experience. Would do it all again! - The food is amazing, I would definatley recommend eating in the restaurant. The therapists in the spa are top class and there is a beautiful vitality suite.

  Absolutely loved the high level of service, just had to ask once and was provided in a flash, loved the location and view from the room and the homely feel of the hotel, the bathroom design concept is stunning, simple yet sophisticated.   Probably the best hotel stay I've ever enjoyed. The breakfast is definitely the best breakfast I've had anywhere in the UK or Ireland - simply amazing. The spa is great, with a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, lap pool and cold water soak, all kept fastidiously clean. The room was very nice, and the view was spectacular.   We loved everything. Stylish and spacious family room (2 adults, kids 8 & 9) with all real and comfortable beds. Relaxing mix of antiques and modern conveniences such as free wifi. We'd nearly have paid the rate just for the food! - The hotel was relaxed and the opportunity to chill out in the lounge with afternoon tea provided was very nice. The location was good too on the way to Muckross but near enough to town to walk.
