  The standard in the hotel was second to none.. All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpfull.. The service provided to us was excellent.. definitely will be back again.... - The whole stay at the hotel was fabulous , not one complaint!   The Lodges were excellent, very well kitted to a high spec. Loved the touch of the fire log left for guests plus the tea/coffee/milk - very welcoming. - New and excellent place to stay.   Loved our hostess; very outgoing and full of information, which she shares readily. The house is lovely, just difficult to find; probably partly our fault, as we don't usually stay in busy cities; we found Killarney poorly signposted and thus, the B&B hard to find.   I wish we had more time to spend in the hotel. We didn't get to make use of the facilities at all and they looked fantastic.   Their attention to detail was excellent. Very friendly and efficient in all areas - girls on reception/waiters, etc. Used the Spa, and it was a beautiful experience. Would do it all again! - The food is amazing, I would definatley recommend eating in the restaurant. The therapists in the spa are top class and there is a beautiful vitality suite.

  Absolutely loved the high level of service, just had to ask once and was provided in a flash, loved the location and view from the room and the homely feel of the hotel, the bathroom design concept is stunning, simple yet sophisticated.
