  the efficiancy of staff and the pleasent manner in which we were received made our stay memorable and an enjoyable experience. the rooms in which we stayed in, were of high spec,modern and spotless and the best breakfast ever had in any hotel we stayed before. highly recommended and will return again in the future. - Staff were friendly and helpful... vad folk säger » , good atmosphere, plenty of parking, nicely decorated, a great place to stay in general. Was upgraded to a superior suite on the sunday night which was nice. Pool, sauna and gym were good for relaxing too.

  We loved everything about the Muckross Park! We spent two nights for our wedding anniversary and felt thoroughly looked after and spoiled. Right from the minute we arrived and were met by Ted the concierge, who was knowledgeable and friendly to the reception and bar staff. Kerry is such a bea - We loved Muckross Park Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the food and drink at the attached pub were excellent. The room and bath was beautiful. The location was perfect for us. It's away from all the busyness of Killarney and directly across the street from the National Park and an easy path to Muckross Abbey and Muckross House. I wish we'd stayed another day and taken advantage of the bikes they have to loan, so we could have explored even more of the

Superb - We had a great stay! Our room was very nice and spacious. It was a bit old fashioned which wasn't a problem at all. The bathroom was clean and more modern. The breakfast next morning was brilliant. Continental breakfast and Full Irish, which we both loved. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful, especially the lady at the front desk! We would definitely come back!

  I've never experienced such excellent customer service. From the moment we arrived to checking out the staff at this hotel were very friendly, helpful and very efficient. The welcome from the reception staff was lovely. The quality of the breakfast buffet was outstanding and the we were greeted every morning by very cheerful staff despite it being... vad folk säger » very busy.I would highly recommend this hotel for the customer service alone as well as it being a fabulous hotel in a wonderful location. - Where the hotel is situated is without doubt the most scenic part of this country. Waking up to this background is an amazing experience. I am from Ireland and expect staff to be pleasant which they were at the skellig but I even thought they exceeded my expectations. Especially a lady on the cleaning staff that was very friendly when id pass her in the hall way. and a lady from Armagh which made an extra effort been friendly with us. This adds to the overall experience

  Enjoyed every minute...upgraded to the luxury suite and certainly worth it...waking up with a view of the Mcgillicuddy Reeks, wow! Any complaints about the lack of tea/coffee facilites are wasted, head downstairs and use the excellent facilities - Excellent, professional, courteous and friendly staff, who treated us like family.   The Lodges were excellent, very well kitted to a high spec. Loved the touch of the fire log left for guests plus the tea/coffee/milk - very welcoming. - New and excellent place to stay.
