  Absolutely loved the high level of service, just had to ask once and was provided in a flash, loved the location and view from the room and the homely feel of the hotel, the bathroom design concept is stunning, simple yet sophisticated. The Spa was world class in fact one of the best spas I have visited especially loved the thermal suite concept..... vad folk säger » . - everything, this is an amazing hotel. we went there to get engaged and had such a great time. we were upgraded to a suite which was a great start and our whole wkd was relaxed and thoroughly enjoyable. staff were amazing, they could not have done enough, food was excellent and the view was the best iv ever seen

  The setting of the hotel, on a waterfall surrounded by nature, is wonderful and yet it is not far from Kenmare. It combines modernity with character very well. The staff are wonderfully friendly and well trained. The food is top class and we particularly enjoyed the splendid breakfast. Unbeatable for comfort and charm. The food was superb and beautifully presented. We have stayed in a number of 4 and 5 star hotels throughout Ireland but Sheen Falls Lodge would be number 1 on our list a really wonderful place to stay. We would highly recommend it.

  First time staying here and wont be the last,found it to be very relaxing,staff fantastic,loads of parking rooms were clean,wifi,multichannel tv,and very comfortable bed,could not hear any noise from street,and had an undisturbed 2 nights of sleep.Very convenient to everything so a very pleasant stay.Would rate it top hotel in tralee as i am a reg... vad folk säger » ular traveller to the area. Superb - We had a great stay! Our room was very nice and spacious. It was a bit old fashioned which wasn't a problem at all. The bathroom was clean and more modern. The breakfast next morning was brilliant. Continental breakfast and Full Irish, which we both loved. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful, especially the lady at the front desk! We would definitely come back!

  We travelled with our 16 year old son and chose this hotel down to price. The reception area and bar/restaurant area were nice and the leisure centre was terrific although the gym was average at best. The ros were fine but there was a slightly damp odour in corridors and gym area. Whilst the hotel was quite noisy with a lot of young kids, it didn'... vad folk säger » t affect our visit. If my family was younger this was a fantastic place to stay. The facilities both indoor and outdoor were great and it was unbeliev - The best family hotel myself and my parents have ever stayed in. I have two children aged 2 and 3 and they didn't want to leave! The family suite was fantastic with lots of space and facilities. The pool was great and very child safe with different areas for abilities and heights. The staff were all amazing and could not have been nicer. There were activities and clubs for the kids and bouncy castles and the outdoor playground was great for my two boys. Brilliant break all round.
